Search fallen wood in the Light Realm forest for Ironbark. Its curled bark form distinguishes it from the plants around it. The ingredient merchant does not sell it.
At the workbench
Combine 2 Ironbark with 1 Silvermoss to make Ironbark Draught after learning the recipe. The resulting potion provides temporary damage reduction.
Gathering and regrowth
A wild site yields 2 and regrows after 18 minutes of active gameplay. Resting does not replenish wild sites. Hold the interact control nearby to harvest; moving away or being interrupted cancels the attempt.
